Don’t worry about being nervous! I guide you and keep you relaxed as we go! I provide natural posing and let the magic unfold. For newborns, I do some swaddling, but let the baby guide me as well and use only natural posing and the baby’s own weight.

I allow for personalities to help guide me through your session. Whether you are outgoing or quiet, your session will allow for the most comfortable atmosphere to suit your needs and portray you or your little.

These sessions will capture all for the big details and the most precious and tiny of details. Those goofy grins, tiny toes, little curls - I capture them all through the eyes of a mother’s lens.

Studio Newborn

This session is truly going to capture your newest addition and the bond you have with them. There are no backdrops or props typically, just baby, some swaddling and relaxed posing using the baby’s own weight. I also highly encourage parents and siblings (if applicable) to be involved so that we can still get lots of cuddly images of the baby in their favourite spot - your arms.
Sessions can take place in my lifestyle studio, in your home or even outdoors if the weather is just perfect!
*For newborn sessions outside of the studio, travel to Pictou County, Truro and Antigonish areas are included. I do travel across the maritimes date depending and may require an additional fee.
$400 plus HST
baby only - $300 plus HST
Studio Maternity

Celebrate the beauty of motherhood in a relaxed and comfortable setting. The studio provides a space where you can truly embrace and cherish this special time in your life. From ethereal silhouettes to tender moments shared with your partner, we strive to capture the essence of your journey into parenthood.
You will have access to the client wardrobe for this session for yourself or with your partner.
$300 plus HST
Milestone

Celebrate life's milestones with our milestone lifestyle studio photography. From the first steps to the sweet sixteens and everything in between. In the comfortable and inviting studio, I provide a relaxed atmosphere where you can feel at ease and truly be yourself. We can use my beautiful backdrops or the lifestyle studio (or a mix of both!) to capture your littles true personality. Through careful composition, creative direction, and a keen eye for detail, we transform ordinary moments into extraordinary memories.
$300 plus HST
Smash

Create a lasting memory of your littles first birthday milestone with the use of neutral tones and backdrop, greenery, and the pure joy of diving into a neutral or naked cake of your choice. With access to my client wardrobe if you wish, everything will come together in a beautiful minimalistic celebration of your child's first birthday so that their personality shines through.
.I provide the cake if you wish (neutral or naked cake), some greenery, and your choice of the white wood backdrop or the walnut stained wood backdrop. I do also have some colourful backdrops as well for a colour punch of fun!
We start with a portrait (which can be a separate outfit), then bring out the cake! After the cake, I can bring out a small basin filled with bubbly water to splash around in before cleaning up :).
Dont’ forget! I have the client wardrobe with neutral smash outfits!

Personality Micro Session

These sessions are only 5-10 minutes in length and provide a few quick images of yourself or your little.
This session is best suited for school portraits, sports portraits or professional headshots.
Backdrops are either white or dark brown (Italian imported)
3 digital images provided via online gallery

Once we have booked a time and date, we can start planning!

Preparing for your upcoming lifestyle or portrait studio session is an exciting endeavor, made even more effortless with the client wardrobe options. In our warm and inviting neutral studio space, you'll have access to a curated setting with various backdrops. From neutrals to vibrant tones, The natural setting of the studio allows for personalities to shine through.

My goal is to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience, so you can feel confident and comfortable during your session. Get ready to showcase your unique personality and create stunning portraits that reflect the essence of who you are.

I will send you styling help and a guide and a questionnaire to help me get to know you better. Once the big day arrives, we will be all ready. For a newborn session, even though we have our session date in the schedule, please reach out just in case we need to adjust our date based on the baby’s arrival date.

For studio and on-location/In-home sessions, I make sure to have lots of swaddles and neutral cozy clothing on hand! You can of course provide your own.
